      <image:caption>Remote Factory Monitoring App Guidewheel (fka Safi Analytics) was founded by Stanford d.school alums who were on a mission to give factories in developing countries the tools they needed to track production and increase their energy efficiency. I led the founders through a branding process in time for their next fundraise. We then moved onto a user centered design process for the launch their software-as-a-service remote factory monitoring dashboard. The end-product was deeply informed by the on-site user research we conducted in their newest market, the factory-centered city of Monterrey, Mexico. As a leader in AI-powered FactoryOps, Guidewheel raised a $31 million Series B funding round led by Decarbonization Partners, a partnership between BlackRock and Temasek. I was responsible for the design of their chat bot, Cassie, which employed Cognitive Behavioral therapy techniques to help patients track their progress, transform their eating habits, receive support from the Better health coaches to reach their goals and get better.
